Crimewatch #1109 

University Terrace was established in 1954 and is a unique and dynamic neighborhood.  Nestled in East Dallas we are about 8 miles from downtown located within a stone's throw from White Rock Lake, NorthPark Shopping Center, Dallas Arboretum and Flag Pole Hill.

 

Our neighborhood is located in Dallas Police Department NE Division, Beat 234 and forms a triangle bound by East Northwest Highway, the DART railroad tracks, and Bucknell Drive.  The area is different than most as it is one of two neighborhoods in Dallas in which DART runs through the neighborhood.  Relative to other neighborhoods, Crimewatch #1109 must have heightened awareness due to the increase in foot traffic that Dart generates.
